Is your wardrobe out of balance?

Do you find yourself wearing only 20% of your wardrobe while the other 80% just sits there, untouched?

Why are we holding back from wearing what we truly love?

Let me share a story.

When I was running my Feng Shui business, I had a pair of powerful red shoes.

I’ve written about them before as my power shoes because every time I wore them, I got compliments.

Whether I was in a store or at a networking event, the compliments never stopped.

And when you receive compliments on your outfit, you feel amazing, so of course, I kept wearing them.

Red is an auspicious color in Feng Shui. It was bold, on brand, and made me feel confident.

I wore those shoes until they had to be retired.

But I didn’t replace them right away.

One day, I realized how much fun I had wearing them and wondered why I wasn’t wearing red more often.

So I bought another pair, and again, same energy, same compliments.

Then I asked myself, why wasn’t I buying more red shoes for different seasons?

Maybe I wasn’t finding the right styles, but I looked deeper and questioned why I didn’t have more red in my wardrobe at all.

That moment made me realize I needed to be more intentional with my color choices.

Red works beautifully with so much, yet I hadn’t fully embraced it.

That realization led me to reassess everything. I see this with my clients all the time.

We limit ourselves to just one of something we love instead of making it a core part of our style.

Another example: I love denim jackets.

The market is full of different cuts and styles that fit my aesthetic perfectly, so why not invest in more denim jackets?

Now, let’s talk about you
