I recently came across an article about Tory Burch’s Manhattan office in Architectural Digest with a beautiful picture of her office space. My eye was drawn to all her use of Feng Shui principles so I wasn’t surprised to discover that Tory actually used a Feng Shui Master to set-up her office. Seeing this inspired me to Google other well known successful female entrepreneurs and see if they might employ Feng Shui as well.
I came across many photos of well known, successful women entrepreneurs in different fields and I decided to create a Pinterest board and video to highlight their good use of Feng Shui arrangement to inspire others to incorporate them into their office.
In my video I highlight both Tory Burch and Oprah Winfrey’s offices from a Feng Shui perspective. Watch it and see what techniques you can employ in your office in order to generate the energy you want for you.
Whether you are a teacher, corporate gal or business owner the arrangement of your office can impact how others relate to you. It can have a direct relationship with the success you experience.

So interesting to learn about using Feng Shui in the office. Charming examples! Thank you!
I was wondering one thing about command position. Would it be more important to place your desk in command position than care about what direction it is facing? If I move my desk into command position, I would be facing towards west. Would that be auspicious? What would you recommend?
Christine
Great question! Command position overrules your best directions. Get into the command position first, if it aligns with your best directions that’s really good but it’s best to always be in command position over the directions. Hope that helps!

Thank you, Christine! This solved my problem.
Your videos and tips are such an inspiration.

I love this blog. I can’t be in the command position.
My office is in my kitchen. But no one lives or works with me, so I don’t feel uneasy about what is behind me. The wall that I face is a window with a great view. I feel good in that space- does that correct the problem?
I put a mirror up on the wall in front of my desk (which is an antique sewing table- hope that is ok!) I love how my business is progressing and would like to reflect more of that back to me- so I took down the shelf I had and replaced it with the mirror.)
I did what you suggested Christine, and put something pretty on my bathroom door and I keep it closed. Thanks for that 🙂

Thanks Kathy!Sounds like things are going well with your current setup, so it’s working- stay with it. Wishing you more success!
