One of the best things about what I do is having before and after pictures of a client’s space!  I love the visual of what she has accomplished

Let me take you on a little tour of a home office makeover I did with a client that turned out so rockin’ orange cool!

For years, I’ve been working with my client Tamara on her home but one room just seemed to take a little longer to work through and that was her home office.  While I was conducting the space clearing in her home, I recall Tamara sharing that as much as she loved her office she found it hard to get any work done in it so ended up using a shared office space with her husband.

When I was clearing this room I picked up some Native American Indian energy and even discovered it also in another part of her home. Actually, I’ve found this energy with many clients homes over the years.  Its not harmful energy but I do notice that my more intuitive clients tend to be drawn to this energy and are open to its healing aspects. Once we cleared this energy and honored the guidance we received, Tamara began to make changes to her office.

Originally, this space was Tamara’s sewing room where she had created some gorgeous quilts and pieces of clothing.  She discovered that her passion for sewing was gone and she was ready to dive deeper in her spiritual practice for her psychotherapy clients and creating her own meditations.

Initially, I had a vision for her office that would make a bold statement.  She did not see it at first, until she helped her husband paint his music room a gorgeous dark blue.  Then she decided to try out a bright orange on one wall of her office. At first she loved it but then she began to question it. I loved it and began to see a transformation unfolding. Although she felt it may be too bold for a meditation room/office, I saw her true style standing out and knew that she was stepping out of her comfort zone and it was truly aligning with her authentic self. One day a guest was over and said “oh NO” when she saw the bright color.  Tamara really began to question it and asked me what I thought about baby blue. My gut said no.

While discussing why she did not like the color, I dug deeper with her to see that she was holding herself back.  I got bold enough to tell her she was needing to sit with this and add more accessories to create the right energy and vibe.  We were going to rock this room!  So, off to Ikea we went for successful shopping trip.

Before: This was Tamara’s sewing room turned office before the transformation.

Tamara has seen some great results after transforming her space.  She has finally started writing her book she has had on her to do list for years.  She gained 4 new clients who see her in person in this office.  She has an office in the city for clients one day a week, but now that she has ner new space these 4 clients are coming to her!

You don’t need to have the vision of what you want your space to look like instead you need to start taking action, once you take the first steps, it all comes together and the energy around you starts to shift! Don’t wait.  Try it yourself and see what comes to you.
