After the over indulgence around the holidays the top goal is to get healthy, lose weight and eat right. I’m a huge advocate of eating healthy and approaching your health from a holistic approach.
But there’s one mistake I see people make around their goal to get healthy. They make a lot of external changes. They spend money on a gym membership (they only use for two months), they buy a “diet” book and go get new workout clothes, but they rarely make changes in the home and this is a huge mistake.
Not only do you need to make changes in your kitchen but also to your “health” area of your home. The bagua shows the health area to be the center of your home. You notice, if that area isn’t right the rest of your home will be off balance as well.
