Do you avoid being photographed?

More than ever, I’m asked to appear on camera and in videos to grow my business.

I know it’s taking some time to feel at ease snapping selfies and being on camera. Over time, I’ve learned to find a place where I love to practice taking selfies and quick videos to become more comfortable.

I take around 20 pictures, look through them, then discard roughly 95% of them.

With the help of these practice shots, I can become more at ease in front of the camera and discover the best angles and makeup looks for me.

I’m aware that many of my style clients dislike being on camera, and a typical issue is that people will judge them based on their appearance. I have a solution today that you may implement at home right away.

I interviewed Louise Bretona Certified Face Yoga Expert. Louise is a co-author of the book “Saved By Nutrition” and a registered holistic nutritionist. In this video, Louise will offer tips on how to carry out exercises to naturally strengthen, tone, and feel more at ease on camera.

Louise also offers a great suggestion on how to reduce stress when driving.
