“What makes you feel beautiful?” is a seemingly simple question, but it can also bring up a lot of resistance.

It is not a question with a right answer, as it is not about other people’s opinions. 

Rather, it is a deeper question that you should ask yourself.

Feeling beautiful is an emotional energy that the right pair of shoes, lipstick, fragrance, dress, or jacket can intensify. 

When I ask my clients this question, they often tell me about items that make them feel even more beautiful. 

However, I have noticed that these items only make up about 10% of their wardrobe.

By diving deeper into understanding their wardrobe, I have found that it can be 100% full of items that make them feel even more beautiful every day. 

Once they start wearing these items, their confidence improves, and they begin to notice more and more opportunities coming their way.

To start your journey towards feeling more beautiful:

  1. Grab a journal and write down all the pieces in your current wardrobe that make you feel radiant when you wear them.
  2. Wear these items over the next nine days and write down all the positive experiences you notice daily because you feel so radiant.
